Our Process
FIRST:
Once we receive a title order, the process starts. We order a search on the subject property and obtain lien letters from the respective municipality. Receive and examine the title search.
NEXT:
Next we prepare the title commitment. Clear any requirements on the commitment. Then, receive the tax certification. Review it and prepare a Tax Information Sheet.
NEXT:
Receive and review the municipal certifications. Clear any issues on the certifications. When all title work is complete, proceed with scheduling the closing.
NEXT:
Prepare the Closing Disclosure/HUD-1 Settlement Statement and send to all parties for review. Prepare all affidavits for closing.
NEXT:
Close the transaction. Record all documents.
